Automation
As standard, we use a safety PLC from Siemens to automate your production process. This way we make sure that everything runs safely at all times. Even more: if something goes wrong, you don't have to stop your whole production line.
With such a safety PLC, we build in extra safety for you. In emergency situations, only the affected machines fail. Everything else continues to run. That's why it's important that our automation engineers first identify all the potential hazards of your production process. Then they ensure flawless automation with a thorough safety process. After that, all you have to do is push the start button.
Visualization & operation
When your production process is running, you want to know what your machines are doing at all times. You have several solutions for that.
- Choose a HMI - a so-called Human Machine Interface. This is the control panel of your industrial production process. Go for a small display with or without touchscreen, or a large interactive screen customized to your company's corporate identity. Also discover our sign construction.
- Choose a SCADA - Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition. This system puts your entire plant under control. Our automation engineers integrate it into your current system and store all the data that is important to you.
